At The Crestory, operated by Technology Focus Group Ltd, we are committed to ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original manufacturer packaging, including all holographic security tags, certificates of authenticity, and factory seals intact.

How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • UK customers: return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
  • International customers: return postage and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Technology Focus Group Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
  • Items with broken or missing holographic security seals
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items purchased during a final sale

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Legal Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or applicable international consumer protection legislation.
