SHIPPING POLICY
Technology Focus Group Ltd, trading as The Crestory, provides secure, fully tracked delivery to collectors worldwide.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
- Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked / DPD
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
- All UK shipments are fully tracked
European Delivery
- Carrier: Royal Mail International Tracked / DPD International
- Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days
- All European shipments are fully tracked
International Delivery (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, UAE, India and rest of world)
- Carrier: Royal Mail International Tracked / DHL Express /Transglobal Express
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
- All international shipments are fully tracked
Import Duties & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Please note: for US customers, import duties may apply depending on the declared value of your order and current US customs regulations.
Packaging Every order is carefully packaged by hand to ensure your merchandise arrives in perfect condition. Scale models and fragile collectibles are individually wrapped and secured before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@the-crestory.com.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@the-crestory.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
