SHIPPING POLICY

The Crestory (trading name of Technology Focus Group Ltd), provides secure, fully tracked delivery to collectors worldwide.

We believe in complete transparency. All shipping costs, handling times, and transit times are detailed below so there are no surprises at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Rates
Shipping fees are flat rates billed upfront and displayed clearly at checkout before you enter payment details. 

- United Kingdom - £5.99 (Standard Delivery)
- European Union (EU)- £14.99 (Standard International)
- International (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, UAE, India and rest of world() -  £23.99 (Standard International)

*Note: The shipping fee billed at checkout is final. We do not charge any hidden handling or packaging fees

Order Processing, Cut-Off, and Transit Times
Your total delivery time is the combination of our handling time and the courier's transit time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time:: 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day
  • Handling Time (All Orders)-  1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
  • Transit Times (By Region):

- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday)
- European Union (EU): 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- International (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, UAE, India and rest of world): 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Maximum Total Delivery Time:

  - UK Domestic: 7 business days max.
  - European Union: 11 business days max.
  -  International: 17 business days max.

UK Delivery

  • All UK shipments are fully tracked

European Delivery

  • All European shipments are fully tracked

International Delivery (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, UAE, India and rest of world)

  • Carrier: Royal Mail International Tracked / DHL Express /Transglobal Express
  • All international shipments are fully tracked

A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@the-crestory.com

Import Duties & Customs 

- UK Customers: All prices displayed on our website include applicable domestic taxes (VAT). No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

- International Customers (Outside the UK): International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Please note: for US customers, import duties may apply depending on the declared value of your order and current US customs regulations.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged by hand to ensure your merchandise arrives in perfect condition. Scale models and fragile collectibles are individually wrapped, cushioned, and secured before dispatch to eliminate transit movement.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery window stated above, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@the-crestory.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@the-crestory.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
